I have looked at the status of your ticket and the account has been blocked.  This will happen when you have either logged in and out too many times, swapped devices to log in or you have taken a screen shot of the ticket. This is done automatically to protect your ticket from being used fraudulently.

On this occasion I have unblocked the account, however this cannot be done frequently. You should now have access to the ticket.
