The root cause of this problem is having a bank card in close proximity to your ticket or an open banking application while scanning your ticket. The machine identifies the presence of a card or bank account and automatically scans the information for payment. 
To prevent this from happening, kindly keep your ticket away from any other bank cards and ensure that all banking applications are closed when presenting your ticket for scanning. 
If you could kindly provide me with the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card, along with your expiry date and a copy of your statement showing the payments taken, I would be happy to investigate this matter further.
